Two bedroom townhouse in Windsor, very large room, fully furished. House has 50" T.V WIFI fully equipped kitchen, wicked backyard and laundry. Friends live in the house upstairs so it like one big complex. Shared backyard between houses with BBQ outside table setting with outside speakers ect for the summer.
I am a 29 year old professional, like chilling and having a good time as well. Really settled in this place, anyone will really like the pad and find it a great place to stay. I am looking for tenants to move in that will be clean and fun to be around. People who enjoy sharing meals at home but also a night out on the town willl be a great fit.
Rooms are available for one person or couple, or two people sharing, the room is furnished with a luxury king size bed, clothes hanger, large chest of draws, bedside table and heater. $250.00 for single $290.00 for couples or people sharing - This is inclusive of (WIFI, water, electricity and gas) 1 weeks Bond required and a months rent in advance when moving in.
Please reply to the add explaining how long you would like to move in for, what you do for a living and how old you are (preferably people aged over 28) and maybe some thing you like doing.
