We currently require chefs in three of our venues, including Apprentices, Commis Chefs, Sous Chefs and Breakfast Chefs. Successful applicants will report directly to the Head Chef, and together with the team, be responsible for the smooth running and overall success of the kitchen in the venue in which they work. We value loyalty, and show it in return. We have Chefs who have been with us for years, and are looking for dedicated professionals to join our team. If you feel you are Passionate about food and hospitality Hardworking and have the ability to work in a fast pace environment Have a minimum 1 years experience in a commercial kitchen Positive attitude An eye for detail Ability to work in a team environment with excellent communication skills Able to work under pressure in fast paced and high volume kitchen Passionate industry professional Possess time management skills All positions offer a flexible 7-day roster, and offer career progression.
