The ideal candidate will -Have vast experience as a sous chef in similar high end venues for at least years -Have outstanding communication and presentation skills and the ability to mentor and train staff -Enforce staff performance standards, food production and presentation standards, service procedures and service times; full supevision and team building of all kitchen staff -Document, cost and standardise all menu items -Ensuring the kitchen and everything pertaining top it is maintained and kept to our exacting standards of cleanliness and organisation -Maintain strict budgeting and food cost percentages whilst maintaining our high standards and consistency at all times -Be a role model to all staff, presenting with a positive, can do attitude at all times. this is a full time role, evenings and weekend availability is required To apply for this exciting position please send a cover letter and resume to chefangusandbon.com.au or call Declan on 042401647
