LOOKING FOR A ROOMATE TO SHARE A LOVELY UNIT IN PRAHRAN!! in PRAHRAN, Victoria for sale

hello everyone!
im looking for someone to come and share a lovely and cosy unit with me.
the place is in Prahran,very close to chapel st, tram 5and 64 at your doorstep and n.6 five mins away.
the unit is composed of a lounge with open kitchen area,one bedroom with two single beds and bathroom. this is a share room (you would be sharing it with me) since im the only person living in the apartment!
the unit is small but very cosy and has everything u need.
it s in a perfect spot,just off dandenong rd, but in a back building so there s no noisy cars around.
the rent is paid once a month and it s included of bills (water and electricity). internet is not included (30$ a month) and gas is not included (12$ a month approximately).
about me: im lisa,im italian,working and studying in melbourne.im quiet and easy going,very clean(like to keep the house clean and tidy!) and i keep the house as a place to rest and relax(not party house sorry..)
